My journey into education started a long time ago, right when I was in secondary school and I decided that I wanted to be a P.E teacher. However this never came to fruition. After finishing my A-levels, I got the opportunity to go and work in Spain whilst waiting for my results and this is where my journey took a different path. I fell in love with the country and decided to stay, spending 6 years there in total, adding many different experiences to my life. The time came and I returned to England, yet still my journey did not bring me back to education. It was only after having my first child that I realised that I wanted to do something more fulfilling and knew that my love for education and working with children would help me do this. I started working as a T.A in a primary school and knew this is where I was meant to be. I had come full circle.

I have worked with many children over the years but I thrive the most when working with children who have SEMH needs, bringing happiness, emotional support and wellbeing to those whose journeys may be a little tougher than others. My journey now continues at Magna Carta, where I want to help children grow to be the best that they can.
